Anger, a simple emotion
One emotion that can cause so much commotion
Anger stirs within; a beast willing to be unleashed
A beast of emotion
The fight begins, Anger rises once more
Anger can keep you alive
But those with faith can endure
Anger can lead, but faith can guide.
The guide, the quest, the hunt to diminish anger
Day by day, night by night
Anger threatens, the beast unleashed
Only then, the rising sun brings the end or rising torment.
